I  focus on the overall nutritional intake for your body through an individualized nutrition program. The program will guide you 7 days a week, and adjustments will be made as necessary during our weekly check-in session.

When you are looking to push your fitness level to professional from an amateur, the transition can be quite daunting- which Is why I'm here!

You get Cardio, Nutrition, and Posing Training as part of this package. Posing is an essential part of competition training for body-building-Expect to start posing sessions no later than 8-10 Weeks out from show date.

Stretching is a key fundamental for optimal recovery because it helps keep the body flexible, which increases the impact of your workout sessions. I'll educate you on specific stretching and recovery techniques, like Myofascial Release, to ensure your recovery process is quick and efficient.
