Optimal Physiological Health: Exercising and Eating

Exercising is beneficial for the body’s health, but having a NUTRITIOUS “diet” is of the utmost importance. I believe the body’s overall health and wellbeing can be determined best when considering 3 crucial aspects: Spiritual Health, Physical Health, and Mental Health. Our Mental Health is at the center of it all- without our mind, we are nothing. We must protect our mind by keeping it strong and healthy- exercising regularly does just that!

As a Personal Trainer, I feel there are societal pressures that say I am obligated to sway you towards always making your workout happen with no excuses, but I too am human (surprise).
